Information we collect
Account data (email, username), creator verification data (government ID and age verification handled by our verification provider), payment data (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), usage data, and content you upload.
How we use it
To operate the Service, verify age and identity, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and illegal content, comply with legal obligations (including 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping), and provide support.
Sharing
We share data with processors and vendors strictly to operate the Service (payments, ID/age verification, content moderation, CSAM detection, hosting). We disclose to law enforcement where legally required, including mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
Your rights & retention
You may request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain by law (e.g., 2257 and transaction records). Contact support@joinunveiled.com.
